Bistro French Culinary Evening w/Chef Patrick & Nina Gauthron and Sommelier Michael Walsh
Join us for an evening of French culinary classic dishes accompanied with wines to compliment the savory flavors. The evening will begin with a casual gathering while tasting prepared hors d’oeuvres and wine. Then Chef Patrick will demonstrate the step-by-step process in how to create a five course dinner including appetizer, salad, soup, main
dish and dessert. Guests will have moderate participation in the kitchen. Attendees will enjoy the evening’s creations by a candlelight sit-down dinner served in The Link.
