A gift to the Wayne Art Center can provide your company with a substantial tax credit through the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (PA-EITC). By making a contribution to the Wayne Art Center, an approved “Educational Improvement Organization,” a company can receive PA State tax credits equal to 75% of its contribution (up to a maximum of $750,000 per taxable year), or up to 90% for two-year charitable commitments.

Organizations authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that are subject to one or more of the following taxes:

  • Title Insurance Company Shares Tax
