Croistillants au Chevre-Romarin-Miel (Croistillants with Goat Cheese, Rosemary and Honey), Salade de Radicchio a l'Orange et aux Pacanes (Radicchio salad with oranges and pecans), Poulet Marengo (Chicken Marengo), Gateau aux Pommes (French apple cake).
