Frank Bernard is a longtime friend of the Wayne Art Center and an avid painter. His style is to tell stories in oil and pastel. He has won awards and sold paintings as an artist member of the Delaware Valley Art League and he is a signature member of the Baltimore Watercolor Society, an associate member of the Philadelphia Watercolor Society and a member of the Mid-Atlantic Plein Air Painters Association. He has attended classes at the Wayne Art Center and has exhibited and sold paintings in Art Center shows for many years.
