Wayne Art Center is currently seeking art instructors with teaching experience for all different camp classes. The ideal candidate will have previous teaching experience along with a professional and nurturing demeanor and a desire to work with all ages (5-17yrs).
We are accepting applications from all art educators in all media–including but not limited to drawing, painting, pre-school art, cartooning, photography, jewelry, sculpture, ceramics and culinary.
Our Summer Art Camp runs from June 10 through August 23, 2024.
Morning: 9:30-12:00PM
Afternoon: 12:30-3:00PM
Late Afternoon: 3:30-5:00PM
The full and half-day camp structure provides summer flexibility to art educators and working artists. Teachers can commit to only mornings, all-day, and choose their availability throughout the 10 weeks of camp class offerings.
Summer Art Camp teaching positions can often develop into additional class and/or workshop opportunities at Wayne Art Center throughout the year.
