Kate Hochner has taught in public and private institutions here and abroad, and is inspired by her love of art. A college year in Denmark attending traditional folk schools and learning the Danish language sparked a passion for travel and a deep interest in other cultures. Kate holds a BFA from The New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University and a MEd degree from Nazareth College of Rochester and holds teacher certification in art and special education. She teaches ceramics and mixed media to adults and children.
