Ethel Sergeant Clark Smith Gallery
Wayne Art Center’s fall 2000 exhibition schedule will begin with an exhibition entitled Farms and Fields/Central PA. This will be an exhibition of oil and pastel landscapes by Joseph Sweeney and will be on display in the Ethel Sergeant Clark Smith Gallery from September 17th through September 29th.
Joe, a Main Line resident, has been a long time instructor at the Wayne Art Center and more recently at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. This body of work is a culmination of a central theme in Joe’s work, the landscape of Central Pennsylvania.
