French Provencal Culinary Evening with Chef Patrick Gauthron

Join us for an elegant evening that transports our taste buds to Provence with a 4-course culinary dining experience accompanied with paired wines. Throughout the evening Chef Gauthron will explain how each dish is prepared and the specific cooking techniques used while Sommelier Walsh will discuss the regional history, and the complementary tasting notes of each wine. Guests can mingle during hors d’ oeuvres and wander into the kitchen to watch the chefs in action.
The evening’s pièce de résistance will be the candlelight sit-down dinner served in The Link.
