Kate Hochner has taught in public and private institutions here and abroad, and is inspired by her love of art. A college year in Denmark attending traditional folk schools and learning the Danish language sparked a passion for travel and a deep interest in other cultures. Kate holds a BFA from The New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University and an MEd degree from Nazareth College of Rochester and holds teacher certification in art and special education. She teaches ceramics and mixed media to adults and children.
