The fall and winter season is rich in harvest, providing us with a bounty of elements to utilize in the Culinary Art.
In this course, you will enjoy learning new dishes and skills, interacting with fellow culinary friends, cooking flavorful winter recipes under the guidance of our seasoned chef.
In a hands-on 2.5 hour class, you will create (and eat!) the following menu
Pork Tenderloin in Rosemary
Your Best Mashed Potatoes
Oven Roasted Asparagus
Fancy Swedish Chocolate Cake
